Returns

We can only accept returns if you received wrong products (different products from what you ordered or not the products we have QCed for you).

We will provide detailed QC pictures before shipping the products to you, we kindly suggest you to check your order QC pictures thoroughly before you approve.

 


Refunds

We can only offer refunds for the following situations:

1. You paid order is out of stock or not available, and you do not want to choose something else instead.

2. You receive wrong products from us and return products for refund or exchange.

3. Your package gets seized and confiscated by the customs or lost during the transit before delivery by our suggested shipping method (except one condition: lost/stolen from your door/mailbox after delivery). We can refund you or send you a new package as discussion. Please note the shipping cost will not be refunded if this situation happened.
